We primarily use online re-sellers to retail and distribute our products. If you want to touch/feel one of our cabinets, we suggest ordering one wall cabinet, and if it doesn't meet your needs or expectations, you can easily return it - hassle free. Be sure to keep all packaging materials for the return
What are the dimensions of a Pro 3.0 36" Locker Cabinet?
The Pro 3.0 Locker Cabinet is 36"W x 24"D x 80" H. The adjustable legs range from 3.25" to 4.75", bringing the height of this cabinet to 83.25" to 84.75".
Can casters be installed to the base cabinets and still be able to fit underneath the installed work top?
If caster are installed to the base cabinet this would prevent the cabinet from fitting underneath the work top. All base cabinets per counter top will need to move and be installed as one piece. You are able to connect the base cabinets to each other, and then attach the work top, so that the cabinets move as one unit.
Are all the locks the same key?
Yes, all of the locks are keyed the same.
If the cabinets are installed without the feet to the wall (floating cabinet), is the weight capacity the same?
The weight would be the same if installed correctly, please note the brackets that come with the cabinets are meant for easy installation, the cabinets must be secured to the wall using the supplied hardware for maximum strength.
Can I install the cabinets on a concrete wall?
The hardware that is provided with order is only for studded walls, please visit your local hardware store for the proper masonry mounting hardware. The instruction manual includes the details for this type of installation
I want to install the cabinets on slat wall. Do you have special brackets for this?
Yes, you are able to purchase slat wall brackets that are compatible with most 3 inch on-center sized slat walls. You will need 2x 24" Slat wall bracket for mounting each Pro 3.0 36" Locker cabinet.
What is the warranty on this series of cabinets?
The Pro 3.0 series has a Limited Lifetime manufacturer's warranty
What is the steel gauge for the Pro 3.0 Series?
The Pro 3.0 series has 18 gauge steel frames and 19 gauge double-walled door fronts.
Can casters be installed on the locker units?
The casters are not designed to be installed on the locker units. This could also cause a tipping hazard and is not recommended.
Are the Locker shelves adjustable?
Yes, the Locker shelves are adjustable in 1" increments
Can I purchase additional shelves for the Lockers?
Yes, you are able to purchase additional shelves through the website
How many shelves does the 36" Include?
The 36" Locker includes 4 adjustable shelves
What is the height adjustability range for the base and Locker cabinets
The adjustable leg ranges from 3.25 to 4.75 inches and so it has the capability adjust within 1.5 inches when levelling your cabinets
Do the Locker cabinets include a closet hanging rod?
Yes, the locker cabinets do include a removable/adjustable closet hanging rod
Can I purchase additional hanging rods?
No, we currently do not offer additional closet hanging rods as a separate purchase
Where can the Fridge be installed?
The NewAge fridges are designed to work both in outdoor and indoor environments and they are operational within 10 degree C to 38 degree C ambient temperature range and these fridges are outdoor rated.
What material is the fridge made of?
The fridge is made of Stainless Steel-304 which is rust-resistant and great for Outdoor use.
Is the fridge easy to maintain?
The fridge is made of durable and high-quality materials such as Stainless Steel 304, which makes it very easy to clean and maintain. Please refer to the Maintenance and Cleaning section of the Installation Guide for more information.
Does the fridge require a professional contractor for installation?
The fridge does not require a professional contractor for installation. Please refer to the installation manual for pre and post-installation preparation
Are all the installation manuals included with the fridge?
The fridge has a printed installation manual included in the packaging. Alternatively, you can access the installation manual on the NewAge Products website: https://newageproducts.com/support-hub/
What is the warranty on the fridge?
When installed, operated, and maintained according to the instructions, NewAge provides a limited warranty for the product. Please read through the NewAge Warranty policy. In case of any additional questions or queries contact our Customer Service team at 1.877.306.8930.
The fridge does not operate, what should be done?
The fridge is not plugged in. The circuit breaker tripped. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.
The fridge is not cold enough, what should be done?
Check the temperature control setting. The door is opened too often. The door is not closed completely. The door gasket is not sealing properly. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.
If the light does not work, what should be done?
The light bulb has burned out. The light button is "OFF". Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.
Does the fridge comes with automatic defrost?
Yes, the fridge is equipped with automatic defrost.
Does the fridge needs annual maintenance?
Yes, please refer to the Maintenance and Cleaning section of the Installation Guide for more information.
What is the capacity of the fridge?
145 Liters/ 5.1 Cu f. It can withstand 140 12 oz. cans/ 46 standard Bordeaux wine bottles.
